Mission Statement

The mission of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter is to advance the best practices of the design, construction, maintenance, administration and operation of public works facilities and services. The Chapter will promote improved practices in public works, disseminate information to its membership, and encourage all public works officials to adhere to a standard of professional excellence.
